The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time world boxing king Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really proceeding.
